If you have your User ID and do not have your password, you may request your password retrieval.

Click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link provided on the login page and follow the on screen instructions to have your account details emailed to you.

I can't seem to log in. Why?

You might not be able to log into your AgroConnect.com account for several reasons:

  • You are currently not registered with AgroConnect.com
  • Your User ID or password is incorrect.
  • Our servers are under maintenance.

If you are currently not registered with AgroConnect.com, simply fill in your details here and an automated welcome email will be sent to your specified email address. Upon approval, you can then immediately access the trading platform and use our full range of services.

What is AgroConnect.com's trading platform?

AgroConnect.com's online trading platform is part of our effort to eliminate existing inefficiencies in the procurement, pricing and distribution of products and services in the Crop Care industry. The platform is an online portal for trading globally from the convenience of your office or home or farm.

Members can bid on existing offers or put up new offers/ enquiries 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

How do I access the AgroConnect.com Trading Platform?

To access the AgroConnect.com trading platform, 

  1. Log into your AgroConnect.com account
  2. Click on Trading Insights at the top of the screen.
  3. Your screen should look like this.

You can now browse the various ‘requests to buy’ and ‘offers to sell’ Crop Care products from around the world.

How does the trading platform work?

The online trading platform is built on a huge database of offers and enquiries.

  • Buyers put up enquiries to buy a specific product and list out their requirements (eg; price, shipping, payment terms, quantity). The enquiry stays on the trading platform until a seller makes an offer to sell the product, matching or listing out their own terms.
  • Sellers put up offers to sell a specific product and list out their requirements (eg; price, shipping, payment terms, quantity). The offer stays on the trading platform until a buyer makes a bid to buy the product, matching or listing out their own requirements.
How do I buy on AgroConnect.com?

To buy on AgroConnect.com, there are 2 ways

  1. Bidding on existing product offers
  2. Creating a request to buy

1. Bidding on existing product offers

a.) To start trading on AgroConnect.com, you need to register to have a member account. Membership is FREE and the registration takes only a few minutes. If you already have an account, click here to log in.
b.) Browse the Trading Insights Trading Insights Page for the product you are looking for.
c.) Under 'Offers from Sellers', click the product you are interested in bidding.
d.) Check the details of the offer. If you are satisfied with the terms, you may accept the offer and click 'Accept Offer'.
e.) If you are not completely satisfied with the terms, fill in the form on the same page and propose an alternative.
A Customer Assistance Officer will be assigned to you immediately. He/ she will facilitate the transaction.

2. Creating a request to buy

a.) To start trading on AgroConnect.com, you need to register to have a member account. Membership is FREE and the registration takes only a few minutes. If you already have an account, click here to log in.
b.) Gather the information needed to create the request, including:
- A clear description of your product (name, percentage, quantity, price, country of origin, payment and shipment term)
- Choose the most appropriate category for your product   If you are unsure which category your product falls under, contact us at admin@agroconnect.com
c.) Create Request to Buy
- Click on "Buy" on your 'Login Successful' page

-   On the Trading Insights page click on "Create a Request to Buy"
When a match is made, you will receive an email with further details on how to complete the transaction.
How do I sell on AgroConnect.com?

To sell on AgroConnect.com, there are 2 ways:

  1. Bidding on existing product requests
  2. Creating an offer to sell

1.) Bidding on existing product requests

a.) To start trading on AgroConnect.com, you need to register to have a member account. Membership is FREE and the registration takes only a few minutes. If you already have an account, click here to log in.
b.) Browse the Trading Insights Trading Insights Page for the product you are looking for.
c.) Click the product you are interested in bidding for.
d.) Check the details of the requirements. If you can fulfill the requirements, you may take the enquiry and 'Accept Request'
e.) If you are not able to fulfill the requirements, fill in the form on the same page and propose an alternative.
A Customer Assistance Officer will be assigned to you immediately. He/she will facilitate the transaction.

2. Creating an offer to sell

a.) To start trading on AgroConnect.com, you need to register to have a member account. Membership is FREE and the registration takes only a few minutes. If you already have an account, click here to log in.

When a match is made, you will receive an email with further details on how to complete the transaction.
I got a bid on my offer. What do I do now?

Once a match has been made and you have received a bid on your offer, a Customer Assistance Officer will immediately be assigned to you and facilitate the transaction by confirming the bid, ensuring all terms are agreed upon and requirements are fulfilled.  

If you have not received an email from a Customer Assistance Officer, contact us at admin@agroconnect.com.

I made an offer, but no one has made a bid. What do I do now?

You may not be getting any bids on your offer for several reasons:  

  • Your listed price is too high
  • Your requirements are unsuitable 
  • Your offer has been knocked off by the more recent offers

You may refresh your offer or revise your offer terms to encourage other members to participate in your offer. If in doubt, kindly write to the Customer Assistance Officer admin@agroconnect.com

How does AgroConnect.com make money?

AgroConnect.com charges sellers a % transaction fee for every completed transaction by sellers, which is immediately calculated for each sale.  

What is the AgroConnect.com newsletter?

The AgroConnect.com newsletter is an email newsletter sent to our members regularly. It contains latest and useful Industry, Corporate and Product news, delivered straight to your inbox.  

How do I join the AgroConnect.com newsletter mailing list?

As a member of AgroConnect.com, you will immediately be signed up onto our newsletter mailing list as part of your membership registration.
